[ARCHIVED] Pet Licensing

All Cats and Dogs are required to be licensed in the City of Horicon. The license must be obtained by March 31st for the license year January 1, 2022, to December 31, 2022. A Certificate of Rabies Vaccination is required. An additional $10.00 penalty is added, if animals are not licensed by March 31, 2022.

Unlicensed pets are a violation of City Ordinance and owners can also receive a citation.

Unneutered Male Cats or Dogs $30.00

Neutered Male Cats or Dogs $10.00

Unspayed Female Cats or Dogs $30.00

Spayed Female Cats or Dogs $10.00

*Certificate for Neutered or Spayed from Veterinarian is required at the time of Registering a New Pet.

If you wish to obtain a license for your cat or dog via mail, you must enclose documentation from your veterinarian: Certificate of Rabies Vaccination and Certificate of Neutered or Spayed, with a Self-Addressed Stamped Envelope.
