The City of Horicon has an opening for a Heavy Equipment Operator in the Public Works Department.
This is a skilled position within the Public Works department. Duties include the safe and efficient operation of assigned equipment. Routine street, storm sewer, buildings and grounds maintenance. Forestry work and snow plowing.
Required Knowledge and Training
- Must have a High School diploma or GED
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and a good driving record
- Valid CDL License, Class B,C,D
- Two years experience operating heavy equipment and driving trucks
- Ability to perform confined space entry work
