The City of Horicon has an opening for a Working Foreman in the Public Works Department.

Job Summary

Directs and works with Public Works Department employees in street and storm sewer maintenance. All aspects of snow and ice control. Maintain parks, recreation facilities, forestry, buildings and community involvement activities.

Required Knowledge and Training

Must possess valid Commercial Driver’s License.

Must have a High School diploma or equivalent.

Several years of experiencerelating to the construction, repair and maintenance of public infrastructure. Experience in Public Works operations preferred.

Several years of experience in the operation of all public works equipment including truck driving.

Experience in supervising labor operations relating to the repair and maintenance of all types of City infrastructure and related work is highly desirable.

Salary is commensurate with experience
